Shipping policy

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your order ships. During sales events and holidays, processing may take 2-5 business days before shipment.

Estimated delivery dates displayed at checkout are provided as a general estimate for planning purposes only. They are not guaranteed delivery dates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order ships, tracking information will automatically be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your tracking information within 1-2 business days after the applicable processing time, please check your spam or junk folder.

Please note that once an order has been placed, our shipping team begins processing it as quickly as possible. Because of this, orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
